We never saw the wasp nest! He took control and knocked it down sprayed the area heavily! He took photos and texted it to us ! He also sprayed the ground well because of an excess of Roly poly's.

He took the time to talk with us and clearly explain the procedures he was going to perform, making sure we understood how each step would help with our pest concerns. What really stood out was his flexibility and responsiveness—he was able to come out in the evening, which was incredibly convenient for our schedule. After the initial visit, I reached out to him about mosquito control, and he responded quickly and returned to hang an additional bag with no hassle. It’s rare to find such attentive and thorough service these days. Brian’s dedication and Bulwark’s commitment to quality really impressed us. Jordan did a great job! He was very thorough with the service and even went the extra mile by knocking down a wasps? nest. He also took care of our attic because we have had a scorpion problem. I really appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Marquis is our tech. Always right on time, with texts ahead of time for the day of service. He calls the day of service to let you know his arrival time. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional! (Plus, he's a vet! 😊)Takes his time & explains everything. Puts on booties before coming into your home. If you're not available the day they plan to come out, you have two options: call and reschedule or, if you don't need spraying inside your home, they can come out without you having to be there. Highly recommend!
