The technician that came out (Alec) was on time and very respectful when speaking to me. He let me know what he'd be doing and answered any questions I had for him. This was my first time using this company but so far the customer service has been wonderful and the prices are great too!!

Was a previous customer and had switched to another company. That was a mistake on my part. Bulwark really is the best. Anthony Rodriguez did an amazing job of explaining each step of the full service. Anthony even took the time to explain and point out some things that the builders did not complete correctly that could be the reason for some of the pests we are seeing and how they are gaining access. Very thorough and I will be calling Bulwark customer service to ask if he could be our regular technician.

Thomas Davis Jr came while I was at work to retreat my exterior for scorpions. When he was done he text me photos and let me know he completed my service and closed my gate. Bulwark has been very helpful in assisting me get my pest problem under control. Thank you Thomas and thank you Bulwark.

Sergio Gonzales was our tech today and he was so phenomenal. This is our 3rd time having the company send someone out, and theyâ re always very polite but Sergio really went above with explaining to us everything he was doing and ensuring he was doing all that he could for us!

These guys are wonderful. I have had several pest control services in the past 25 years as a home owner, but I have never had the level of customer service that Bulwark offers to their clients. Everything about them is friendly - the website, the call center, and definitely the technicians that come out to service us. Jacob G and Jordan B were attentive, professional, and very thorough. I am very happy with this company and their services.
