Bulwark has been my go to company for pest control for several years. More recently Cassie B was assigned to my new home location. Cassie is extremely astute with identifying any issue, providing effective treatments, and very informative when reviewing her findings, required action, and any additional recommendations to keep my home bug-free and protected.

Justin was on time and sent notice of ETA as we had requested. He was cheerful and upbeat as he performed the requisite spraying, both outside and inside, while trying at our request to minimize effects on butterfly areas and friendly spiders etc. He was very polite and did a good job. NOTE: Justin is our preferred tech from Bulwark; the latter is actually the company with whom we have a contract.

Vincent did a great today with spraying all around the house and looking out for extra problems to tackle. He accommodated to my schedule and was fast and efficient.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Ian Baraldi does every time he comes out to complete the pest control service. His communication is on point and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that the job is done thoroughly and effectively. Since Ian has been servicing my residence my family and I have seen a significant decline in all pests which is an amazing feeling especially since we have pets. I absolutely love Ian and the Bulwark organization, they are literally the best in the business!
