Our regular rep moved and Ian came today for the first time. He started out by notifying me he was about 15 minutes away which gave us time to let our dog out before he treated the house. He spent about 30 minutes treating everything and summed up all that he did before leaving. We like consistency and were very happy to know he would be treating the house from now. Very impressed with his service. We've had Bulwark for years now and Ian is third rep we've had and all have done outstanding jobs. Thanks Bulwark!

Kyle R was a great tech who came out for a called in check up. His first time over and asked the right questions and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and thoroughness spraying inside and outside the house. Kyle was friendly and commented on the house which is always nice to hear others opinions.

Customer Service via the phone is awful. They hung up on me when I tried to schedule an appointment, just but donâ  t let that deter you.Go through the app for appointments. The technicians know what they are doing. Cassie especially is thorough and does superior work.
