I scheduled a treatment for my home to handle a stubborn flea and roach problem, and our technician, Brittany Santos, was fantastic. She was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Brittany explained the treatment process clearly, including the products used, why they were necessary, and how to keep our family and pets safe, which immediately put us at ease. She thoroughly inspected both the yard and interior, identified problem areas we hadn’t noticed, and gave practical advice for long-term results. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond by even picking up trash in the yard. Brittany was also incredibly kind and patient with my son, answering all of his questions in a way he could understand. The treatment worked great, and the customer service was just as impressive. Cody is amazing. He is very thorough and explains why he?s doing, why, and how it?ll help. Cody has always been respectful of our house rules which is a big green flag for us.

Garry Covarrubias serviced our home and as usual was friendly, professional & courteous as have been all the Bulwark employees. If we still see a problem after they've sprayed, we only need to make a call and they are happy to come back and re spray at no additional cost. We've had to do this several times and they have responded quickly and kindly and we are now seeing a big difference. They always call and text me when they'll be here giving me plenty of time to put my dogs up and out of the way. We are so impressed we've added their mosquito service as well. Repeat customer! I recently moved to San Antonio and signed back up with Bulwark, because ‘you get what you pay for’. Clayton just finished my first Pest Control service at my new house, as well as the extra ‘ scorpion 25’ plan that treats for scorpions up to 25 feet around the perimeter of the house. Clayton was extremely thorough. He even treated inside my walls! I felt very comfortable with Clayton being inside my house, and that’s important to me. Bulwark even lets you request the same guy for all your future visits, so I’ll be giving them a call to set that up!
