"It has been a pleasure getting to know Stetson and the team from Dunn Honest Electric. We initially engaged Stetson via Yelp when we put out a request for a Forklift Charger installation. We met with multiple vendors, but Stetson's professionalism stood out - it wasn't just "another job" to him. He took the time to explain our options and we received an estimate the following day! The charger install went great. We then realized the need for further electrical services when we installed our conveyor system. Stetson came back out to our warehouse and discussed all avenues of accomplishing the task. Again, our estimate was given shortly after his visit. The quote was approved and Stetson and the team were on-site the following week. Two days later we had an amazingly designed power distribution solution that didn't break the bank. We'll definitely be calling Dunn Honest Electric for our future business electrical needs."

After learning I could not replace an amber bulb with a clear one, he offered to come with me to buy a new exterior fixture so that I would purchase exactly what I wanted. "Master electrician Chris is truly a Godsend. We need honest and professional service people like him. I have been having power outages at home and it got worse a couple of days ago. Half of my outlets and lights were not working and no circuit breakers were tripping. Chris and his team promptly arrived no more than 20 minutes after our phone conversation and went right into investigating my electrical issues. He soon finds out that the culprit was the faulty power supply coming from the electric utility company. He volunteeted to call them up on my behalf. Electric company came in less than a couple of hours to do an amazing complete brand new cable and system replacement from their power source. I spent zero dollars for Chris' service which I'm sure is rare nowadays as he did spend time inspecting and confirming issues plus setting up repair from the electric company. Now THAT is a blessing."

"I received a phone call about 1 minute after submitting a quote from Angie's list. They were able to send someone out the very next morning and the tech arrived on time. I got a free quote that was $499 from another company (Sparky Electric) and was told my electrical problem could be fixed for $200-$500 , and I was quoted at 6x higher price from another company (again Sparky electric). The tech then proceeded to fix the problem very quickly and overall I paid $250. They won't BS you and they will get the job done correctly and efficiently. Thanks guys"

The gentleman I worked with was Michael Lemon and he was incredibly polite and thorough. Always addressed me as â sirâ and got 2 light fixture installations done within an hour. He also spent a lot of time going over the details on installing 220v in the garage by branching out of main breaker box. He made sure to research the machinery I use so I am being supplied with all the correct specs. He has made sure to take the time to piece together a detailed estimate so all of the boxes are checked to avoid issues that would cause the estimate to be too far off of what final charges would be. Because of this, when itâ s time to move forward with that project, I will have no hesitations on investing the money to completing the project."

"Sal and Josh did a great job of setting us up for our next power outage. They installed a breaker interlock kit on our main panel plus a power inlet box for our portable generator to hook into. In addition, we had some whole house surge protectors installed and they also did a switch out of a light switch and fixed one of our power outlets. "Roland and Bianca are a great team. Bianca was easy to work with on the phone in getting everything set up and providing the estimate. Roland installed an Air King fan and 4 light fixtures in our garage and 2 in our attic. He also installed an extra switch to control the light fixtures separately and added an extra outlet. With Bianca assisting Roland, the work was done quickly and efficiently. There were a few challenges because our house is wired a bit strangely, but they rolled with the punches and got it done. We obtained estimates from 3 companies, and they were all very close in price, but chose to hire Jordan Electric Services because of the fact that they are a small family owned business.
