We just moved into our new home and wanted to make sure we neutralized the insects and pests before they made our new home their own. Scheduling an appointment was easy, however, I requested for them to give me a 30-minute courtesy call prior to arrival to make sure someone was home. There may have been some miscommunication as the tech arrived without notice. He apologized for the inconvenience at no fault to his own and assured me he would wait at the home until I arrived, which I greatly did appreciate. Once I arrived to the home, Lake Taylor got straight to work by applying the treatment to the home, and explaining what and how the solution works. He was very knowledgeable of what to look out for and what certain insects gravitate to in terms of a 'safe haven'. Lake was efficient and professional in performing this job, that it gives me great confidence to use Bulwark for future pest control measures. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Mr. Taylor!
