They did a great job and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely professional and were very responsive. They corrected any deviations in a timely manner. I did not need to watch over them at all and I am very pleased with the pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job. They were the most expensive of the estimates but we went with them for the lifetime warranty on the drainpipe and leaks. They also gave a lifetime warranty on the waterfalls as well. They used the next size up on the standard rebar which no other company offered. The end result was good and they stood behind their work throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them and would definitely consider hiring them again.

They offered a beautiful selection of materials to choose from. The building process encountered weather hiccups, but other than that, the staff and build went fine. We had an excellent instructor during Pool School - highly recommend recording the session, as we did. After the build, the project manager made himself available to us for questions, which was very important to us, since we were first-time pool owners.

It was a good experience, they finished close to the approximated time. We experienced substantial rain throughout the process and as a result, the water was extremely cloudy at start-up. Instead of making me wait an additional 30 days for clarity as suggested by the PM, the general manager, Demarus Davis came over himself and cleaned the pool. This was a great gesture and what I consider excellent customer service.
