They are knowledgeable, do quality work and over was well manged. I was impressed with the quality of the work. It did take a little long than anticipated, but I didn't mind based on the quality of work.

This was the first time I've built a pool, it went really well. The sales team helps design to meet your needs. We work really closely with us for the layout. Then selected tile decking at the design center. Then assigned project manager who works with you thought the project. They were really responsive with meeting need and requests. Very accommodating working with timing. They have a really good warranty. I feel comfortable that they will be around for a long time.

It went very well. The sales person did an outstanding job listening to what we were looking for and designed the pool around our likeness. It was what we were looking for, not what he wanted to design. He worked on the computer with us and showed us examples based on what we described with him. The experience took about 90 days. The workers were extremely thorough and professional and cleaned up after themselves each and every day. We are very satisfied with the pool. We showed our neighbors one night this week, and I think they're going to use Anthony & Sylvan Pools. The neighbors were even happy with the contractors that came and went, because they were so good at keeping everything so clean.

The sales process was amazing, and going through the project, we had a project manager and a website that tracked the process. Everything was very easy and very nice.

So far so good. TJ is good with follow up, pool is not installed yet (waiting in HOA) but I have no worries with Anthony and Sylvan.

Although we had some rain delays the job went well. They were very helpful and very professional. They walked us through the stages from design to finished project. Always made aware of schedule. I would highly recommend them.
