Anthony & Sylvan Pools

It went well. Everything from the sales piece to the actual design/layout, construction, and post installation. I would recommend them to other interested parties. I think that the sales person was extremely knowledgeable, the scheduler was on top of things, the supervisor for the construction was available when needed, the workmanship and quality was just what we expected, and if there was anything that we had questions about or any concerns after the pool was installed, they followed up with us and made sure we were satisfied.

It went really well, we were really happy with it. We are just now able to swim in the pool, and we are happy with everything. This is actually the third time I've used Anthony & Sylvan Pools.

I liked their service. This was the second pool they built for us. They are very thorough about their work. Their scheduling was right on time. Their construction manager, Michael Avalar, would come in after each portion of the construction to keep us up-to-date on the progress. The small issues we did have, he addressed them right away.

We are very happy with the results. We had a rough draft sketch of the pool area on the initial appointment at our house. After finalizing the design and getting the approval from the HOA, they waisted no time with getting the project complete. From the date they started digging to the day we were able to get in and enjoy the pool was 30 days. They said 4 to six weeks. Expect 6 weeks. We got lucky. The weather cooperated extensively. I highly recommend having them design and install your pool. They were also less expensive then what we were told from companies at the Home and Garden shows we attended. (By about 20 - 25K)

I don't typically leave reviews but have to say that our experience with Anthony n Sylvan pools has been amazing. Rick Blatter our salesman and David Agular our pool foreman have been on top of everything. They have taken alot of time to answer every question and have went above and beyond on anything asked. The best part is I'm a shift worker so they even accommodate my sleep schedule so to not wake me when I work nights.

I live in Baytown, TX and I have a recently installed Anthony and Sylvans pool. We love our pool! I am beyond happy with my choice. My salesman Rick Blatter was very honest and enthusiastic. He was very well prepared and blew any competition out of the water in my eyes. He was very well prepared. If you do your research, there is no better pool warranty. Michele Hokanson was our coordinator. She was helpful and was there for us every step of the way. I honestly have her cell phone number and I text her any time that I have questions, in which she promptly answers me. This is probably out of her job description since my pool is finished and I still text her, I don't even use her work phone! I could not be any more pleased with my choice.

We had to have our gunite pool resurfaced. At first we were going to put the same type of surface in the pool, however, A&S recommended, without any pressure, that we look at restoring our pool with PebbleTec. We went with that option, and it turned out beautiful. The workers were very efficient, and the process was fascinating to watch. We love the new look.

On time and budget could have cleaned yard a bit bettter
