Reviews
Write a ReviewA&S has state of the art offerings for a competitive price. Read their contract before purchasing, everything is in their favor and not everything is as was purported during sales calls. They have scheduled and installed the pool in three weeks (it is the off season). Project isn't fully complete yet as they cannot put the finish on until the spring temperatures arrive. But the heavy lifting is all done.
Good so far.......about 1/2 way through the process........
Overall, the project went very well. From the time of the first dig to the day we filled the pool, it was only 32 calendar days! The company is fairly professional, from the sales side, to the schedulers, to the service people. Although they use almost all subcontractors for the installation of the pool, we experience a very smooth project schedule, thanks to Ian, our excellent scheduler, and partly to us as the homeowners, for staying on top of things. The subcontractors were all very good, very professional. We had almost no issues, just a litle bit of communincation concerns between signing the contract and getting the pool started.
Very good client relations and informative.
The work got started a little bit later than I would have liked, but the people who came out to do the various jobs (sand blasting, tiling, re-finishing) did a great job. They were professional and did the work in a timely manner and left the area clean when they went home for the day. My pool looks very nice. The only thing I would do differently is go with a darker pool finish. I went with the stone finish in a sand color and it stains so easily that I wish I had gone with a color that hides the stains better.
there was some confusion between the field sales agent and the office, but the work was outstanding and done very quickly.
They are the reason we need to hire a good contractor to fix the mistakes that Anthony Pools made. When they were done with the ill fitting coping they left me with a 3 in expansion joint and never filled in the expansion joint. They even had to come back out because the first time they marble dusted the pool it came out terrible and the #1 maintaince person came out and he even said they did a terrible job with the coping but they never came back to fix their mistakes. DO NOT GET ANTHONY POOLS FOR RENOVATIONS
I had a safety cover installed on an in ground pool. I was very pleased with the installation and the product however, the sales process was painful. Getting quote and questions answered was difficult.
We have not broken ground yet, but our representative Ryan Tolman has been a fantastic gentleman to work with. This has been a low pressure experience, of course he asked for commitment a couple times, but that is part of his job and at no time did I feel pressured. Quite the opposite, Ryan worked with us far longer and harder than my previous pool contractors. Ryan found us great deals on yard preparation and fencing far below what I was able to achieve using the same materials. I look forward to breaking ground with Ryan.
The final product is very good. You have to stay on top of them to keep the project moving, The project manager was not a manager. Workers were somewhat sloppy leaving food and cans around the area.
