All went as expected. The only regrets I came out with is i wish i had got the automatic pool cleaner and a second skimmer. I feel the salesman shares some responsibility for this as he talked me out of the cleaner and did not recognize the need for the second skimmer. Construction wise all materials seem to be of good quality.

It was an easy process considering it's not an easy project. My only problem was not getting a lot of options given to me in the beginning. I should have done more research and known of the small different options. My project manager was great. The contractors and sub-contractors were all great.You never know with a big job like this how the sub-contractors will be but they were all very good. They all were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. If they had any questions they would have me out to ask me. Now that they are getting busy and we just have a few things left on my project I am having trouble getting them to return my calls. I just want it all completely done. The only thing I had trouble with was not having options given to me and things explained in the beginning. Out of everyone I talked to they were the best for this project.

I was really impressed with the quality of work and craftsmen ship. We did our research and were very pleased with the results. They put travertine tile down, a waterfall, and flagstone around. There's a 4 ft wall on one side that acts as a privacy area. We even have a little sun deck area and a fire pit as well. The workers were really impressed with their work as well, and they even took photos because they enjoyed doing the more customized projects. We even stayed in touch with the designer during the project, and had great responses when using the warranty a few times as well. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went great. The pool is beautiful. We participated in a promotion for their 70th Anniversary and I am not surprised that they've been in business for that long because the final product exceeded our expectations.

They will start the project in February but so far the design and preparation have been great and everyone we have worked with wants to make sure we are satisfied with the purchase.
