Even though we paid more money, I liked the fact they are nation wide. I liked that its not a privately owned company so that I can retain my warranty for the full time period.

Used Anthony Sylvan for our pool remodel project in 2016, everything seemed to be satisfactory. We developed deterioration of the pool finish within the warranty period which was pointed out to a company representative. We were told to close the pool due to the end of the season and the warranty would be honored and the pool would be looked at in spring when easier to evaluate with the water level lower. What a mistake and change in their point of view when finally able to contact someone this year. Now they state the pool is out of warranty and the claim is closed. You want to talk about Jekyll and Hyde scenario, we went on good faith that this would be handled like gentlemen. I guess we could not be more wrong, now it is the big corporate mentality of taking it or see you in court. Guess what. we will see them in court. I would not recommend Anthony Sylvan to build me anything, It is all well and good for them to take your money and then not stand behind the work of the contractors they use. Two thumbs down!

I've done 3 renovations on my home, out of all the contractors I've used, this one was the best. They are very good company and completed everything quickly, efficiently and responded to any issues or questions immediately.

The overall service of Anthony & Sylvan was excellent from the design process to the final finished product. We are extremely happy with our beautiful pool, and have received many compliments. Our project manager went above and beyond to make sure any concerns or issues were addressed in a timely manner.

The experience was perfect from the design. The designer was wonderful. The project manager was amazing, but is no longer with the company. The final product is amazing, however the costumer service could use a little help.

Pool Sales, Construction. & Installation The initial consult and overall plans went very well. Our sales person was very patient with us as we had to push the pool construction schedule multiple times due to our home construction schedule. Overall the scheduling went perfectly once we started. We finished exactly as planned. Pool & Spa Service and Repair We did have a hiccup in construction, causing a difference from plan to execution but the Construction Manager came out to assess and we came to a reasonable resolution. Additionally, we found out we had a pool leak as well, and were able to have that resolved. I appreciated the service and repair follow up from A&S. Ceramic Tile First choice wasn't available without a schedule delay, so were able to select a back up to keep going and we love it. General notes: Overall construction crews were professional. They showed up early and got done efficiently. We love our pool and were able to really enjoy it this summer. I felt as though the value and quality were worth it and I'd work with A&S again.

The whole team was great and the pool is wonderful.
