When it comes to Customer Service, they are attentive, the quality of work and how they handle clients is excellent. They are quick to return emails and calls. I am happy with everyone at the company from sales to the workers, to the front office. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

The process of designing our pool was good. It took a while to finally get to what we wanted. My suggestion would be if you are interested in the details, e.g., exact equipment that comes with your pool, that you get those specifics before you sign the contract. The build process went well. Our project manager, Roberto was outstanding. The Scheduler, Michele, was outstanding as well adn kept us up to date on all of the items that were coming up. We did have a couple of the contractors, e.g., gunite and tile, that did not do the job as expected. However A&S did resolve the issue and our pool looks great! so far, service after the build has been great!

I cant say enough about Anthomy and Sylvan, the level of cuatomer service is through the roof!! Every concern was answered and all their staff, project managers and ground employees are without a doubt the best! I would highly recommend them to my family and and friends that are lookong to build a pool.
