They are very professional in how they manage the project- they have online tools that provide the exact timelines of each stage so you are informed throughout the process. The project manager was on top of every stage of the project. They took care of any problems that I made them aware of and responded very quickly in resolving it.

It was smooth . They were very communicative They're scheduling department is very responsive. They did their job. They cleaned up. Everything went great. I've already recommended them. Roberto was our project manager and he's wonderful.

This is our second Anthony & Sylvan Pool and we were as happy as the first pool done by Anthony & Sylvan Pools. When we will be plan to move in six years, we will be doing another Anthony & Sylvan Pool again.

They guys they have doing the work are not the cleanest. My yard was a trash dump for a while and I had to get on the foreman a lot to get them to stop making a mess. Secondly the delays were ridiculous for months at times. They were paid in full up front. I did have an led out and a warranty, but it took them a couple weeks to get a contractor out to repair that. Same thing with the temperature sensor for the heater which took three weeks to get fixed. Other than all that the quality is amazing and everyone loves the pool, so we had fabulous results. I would have to think hard about using them, again. It is a fifty fifty shot.

Our pool is beautiful and updated. We did have a bit of a hiccup, but they were easy to contact and stayed available until the job was done.
