It was great. We love them. We are very happy with them. I liked their design. They had an estimate and plan for us within one day. They were very organized with having their workman scheduled. Sometimes I couldn't reach anyone while the work was happening. They were very efficient and proactively gave me their schedules. They kept everything clean. I have recommend them to friends.Â

What was most impressive, was that the initial contact person, Aaron Dumas, our designer, stayed involoved with the project until it was completely finished. He always replied promptly to phone calls emails and texts. If he did not have an answer, he would find out and get back with us. He always wanted to make sure that any question or concern was answered.

My neighbor was building a pool with Anthony & Sylvan Pools out of Houston. For excavation they accessed my property and delivered all of the dirt to our home. The crew came early in the morning just as the scheduler Amy Flood had told us they would. The crew followed directives for access perfectly and there was no issues. As they dug the pool the dirt removed was brought to my pasture and spread out and graded. The crews really knows what they are doing. All crews after that were professional and extremely clean for a construction crew. Your office staff is amazing. Amy really went out of her way to make this process seamless for all of us. We enjoy the pool as much as the people that purchased the pool and share the care and maintenance responsibilities. I would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone looking for a pool installation and we (my neighbor and I) have already referred a customer and they are set to break ground on 10/13. Once again I will be receiving the dirt from their project and I look forward to the same courtesy and professionalism we received the first go round.

They were very professional and experienced. I felt extremely comfortable with them. The scheduler, Amy Flood, was extremely helpful. She was on top of the steps that were needed to make the job complete. She was very friendly and easy going.

The information on their website is a bit misleading if you are considering a fiberglass pool. A & S does not install this type of poll in the greater Austin area. On the upside, their concrete pools can be custom designed. I found their sales person extremely informative and easy to work with.
