Tim Clarke of Anthony & Sylvan Pools visited our home to discuss and educate us on our pool options. He was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was no pressure or heavy handed sales pitch which was a relief and much appreciated. Tim acted as a consultant and partner to help us understand and realize our ultimate goals. We could not be happier and look forward to seeing our visions become reality!

Design with Phil was good. No issues there. Construction process was a nightmare. Started at the end of June still waiting on them to fix my tile and coping. The pool was dug incorrectly, and we had to tell them it was wrong. This caused delays and there was no effort to get us on track. We were told construction would take 4-6 weeks rain could cause delays. It took 7 weeks and we only had rain once up until the very last week. The tile crew cut the tile on the tile that was installed. We have saw marks in the tile that they installed. I have been trying for weeks for them to get out here and fix it. Still not fixed. The tile crew came out 4 times already. The PM should have been on-site when they came out the last time. They said that I would know 24 hours in advance of when crews would be onsite. Crews either didn't show up or showed up on days they weren't supposed to be there. If a crew didn't show up I had to contact the project manager, Paul. And basically was told ya they probably aren't going to show up. In my opinion, the PM should check in with you regularly and stop by during the process, and let you know If the crew isn't going to make it. We paid a premium to go with Anthony and Sylvan to get good service and craftsmanship. We feel we didn't get either. If I had to do this process all over again, I wouldn't. I will not recommend this company in the future.
