I shopped around a lot of pool builders over a year. Phil Kinney from Anthony and Sylvan Pools was the most knowledgable person and he knew exactly what I wanted. I made a few changes to the original design and he was very accomodating. He even talked to the owner and tried to get the best price for the options. I added many pricey options such as travertine and glass tiles yet they were able to beat any competitions who only offered higher cost with smaller pool with concrete decks. The construction started in April when it almost rained everyday. Despite the difficulties related to the inclement weather they tried hard to keep the construction going. At the end it took almost 3 months to finish the project but they did not compromise the quality. I am very satisfied with the result. We jump in the pool almost everyday and haven't encountered any problems at all.

The initial contact from the company was prompt. The designer, Aaron, followed up with more conversations and drew up plan options. When we had our first site visit, we made some significant changes to our plan. No problem, Aaron had it back to us quickly with a solid quote. The scheduling communication from Bianca was great and we knew when to expect crews in our yard. Every phase of the job went as expected and the crews were professional and responsive. We are very pleased with our pool - quality and aesthetics. We dealt with a number of people at Anthony Sylvan and the majority of our interactions were great.

If you are not on top of them don't count on it getting it done in a timely manner, also would not call back on question or problems I had to call every time. Didn't seem to be interested almost seemed putoff by me calling.

It is perfect. I just called in and let them know what I needed done and they came out and built my pool. They listened to everything I wanted specifically and they built it exactly how I wanted it built. From beginning to end, I lead the project and what needed to be done. It was wonderful.
