I scheduled cleaning days two weeks in a row with this business. Both days the ladies came late and did only surface cleaning when I had scheduled up to 5 hours. Ginger the owner did not return my calls in a timely manner.
This client lives in a remote, rural area. The cleaner was lost & arrived 20 minutes late. We both apologized. After the 1st visit, the client, pleased with the cleaning, scheduled a 2nd visit, wanting a new cleaner because of tardiness. This 2nd cleaner became lost & arrived 15 minutes late. We apologized profusely & the client wasn't charged for the 2nd visit. I responded in a timely manner.
