6/1 we were finally able to resolve the breakdown in communication, although never did figure out what happened to create it. Therefore I am updating this review. Samantha did a fabulous job and was a real delight to have in our home. We are very appreciative of the great service she provided and will be recommending Ginger to friends that live around San Antonio as well.

Glad we fixed the issue. I had been trying to contact this client after the cleaning to get feedback, to schedule any future cleanings and to get paid. Apparently, I had an incorrect phone number for her. All is resolved now. We will clean for her every other week.

I hired Absolute Cleaning for a one time cleaning service. Ginger was very helpful in getting a Cleaning Technician sent to my home. The Technician arrived on time as scheduled, and I found her to be polite and courteous. She did a good job, and I felt comfortable with her in my home. I would use Absolute again in the future based on this one time experience.
