Maid does not listen enough(CAN'T HEAR WITH MOUTH OPEN) In all fairness however ,she did a non stop job from time on to time off,and did a wonderful job for a first time try. I would recommend her to a friend. MJP/Houston,Tx.

The telephone interview included questions regarding my needs, and the individual sent was attentive to all my needs and willing to work. I appreciate the detail that was put into my request, and the person who was sent to help me! And they were right on time. Who can beat that? I have hired this company for weekly assistance until I am fully recovered from surgery, and all but caught up.

Apparently the girl that came to clean must have been very new and not in tune with the way the owner intends for her jobs to go because it appears that all she did was move the dirt and dust around on the floors, in cabinets and shelves without actually cleaning it up. The day after she was there we did the 'fingers test' and left tracks on everything we tested.. We feel that if the owner was in Houston and not Austin that maybe the right standards would have been upheld.. according to the reviews we read and consequently based our decision to hire on..

Note our nearly 300 5 star and 4 star reviews. This man flips houses. He's not paid for anything. After I stated I would take legal action, he then posted this rating. This client told me for a week that the only thing wrong with the work that was done in this newly remodeled home which an experienced cleaner cleaned for 9 hours was that the interior of some of the cabinets were dusty. That is it. Nothing else. For a week I offered to return to dust the inside of the cabinets so we could get paid and he put me off repeatedly. Finally, when I demanded payment he said that he would not pay me until he sold the house!!! I sent him an email telling him that was NOT what we agreed upon and if I did not have payment within 3 weeks I'd take legal action. He still hasn't paid me but he put up this rating.
