Ginger, who set up the service for me on the phone was absolutely wonderful to work with and went out of her way to please me. Wendy, who did the cleaning did a fabulous job on my son's apartment. She was very diligent and thorough in her cleaning and brought her own supplies which was nice. The apartment looked great. Both Ginger and Wendy were so pleasant and cared that I was pleased with the service. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Arrived almost two hours later than expected. Got lost on way to the residence. Cleaning okay, but nothing really exceptional.

Response from Company:

The arrival time was an 8-9AM window. The cleaner was lost and called the client at 8:45AM to get clarification on the directions and finally arrived at 9:20AM. That is not "almost two hours later than expected", that is 20 minutes late with a call before arrival time. I think the client was already pretty upset at that point and was therefore, unfortunately, unhappy with the entire experience.

Overall she did a very good job when she came to my home. I had hoped she would have gotten more done during her 6 hrs here but am thankful for what she did because it was a special treat to have someone come in and help me out. I'm surprised by some of the things she did not clean though as they seem like obvious things to do..ceiling fan, light switch plates, microwave and dusting the few things I have put up on the walls. Also she didn't move the microwave so there was still crumbs. She did get the oven a lot cleaner than I was expecting as my hubby had never cleaned it in the 9 years hes lived here. For that I had to give her a tip.

This client needed a major cleaning and we ran out of the time she allotted the cleaner BUT as she mentions we did get alot accomplished and she was so grateful that she gave the cleaner a great tip. Sometimes there's a lot to do when a man has lived alone for a decade. She was moving in and needed to get things in order and I'm glad we could help. She's set another appt. with us by the way.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Absolute Cleaning. The staff was very experienced, efficient, and thorough.

We cleaned for this client during the end of her pregnancy and were happy to help. She's since had us return. We use our time efficiently so we can get the most cleaning accomplished in the time the client sets.

Nightmare. Ended with calls to Service Magic and Better Business Bureau. Cleaner was polite but left us with the job unfinished after 7+ hours including a trip to walmart for the right supplies. Hardwood floors streaked, tub unfinished etc etc. Owner refused to send someone to finish job and our guests arrived to a dirty home. Worst part was hostile, rude emails from owner (will send upon request). Nasty, unpleasant to do business with. Read trough reviews and see--some good but some with nightmares like mine. I would avoid at all cost.

"Nightmare" is right! Client said cleaner was a "pro" and cleaning was "adequate". He wanted her to return after his guests left "at no add'l fee", I declined to return BUT he was charged ZERO for 6.5 hrs. of cleaning. He didn't tell me before appt. that he wanted all of the floors scrubbed by hand and req'd remodeling clean-up. He was mad and called S.M. & BBB & emailed me approx. 20 times.

The owner was pleasant, as was the nice woman who came to my home. She did an excellent job and the price was very competetive. I think she may want to look into how she chooses to collect her fees for service though, it took a bit longer than I expected for Ginger to collect fees from me. Other than that I was pleased.

Worked great with coordinating service needed the next day. Worker did great job cleaning a very dirty apartment for move-in. I would def. recommend for those needing fast and top notch service.
