DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE!!!!! This has been one of the worse experiences i've had with customer service. I initially appreciated the timeliness of Ginger reaching out which is why i decided to go with her company but it was a HUGE mistake! She sent two young ladies to come clean which came out to $90 an hour to complete the DEEP CLEAN requested. They were here a little over 3 hours and i was charged $301.99. I requested for them to DEEP CLEAN the first floor only and the two extra bathrooms upstairs. I was working while they were cleaning so when they reached three hours, they let me know and they said they were completed with everything i requested. I gave them a tip and they were on their way. I did not have a chance to check everything until late once i was off of work and that is when i discovered it was a horrible job. I am including pictures as well to show but this was nothing close to a DEEP CLEAN. the floor were not properly swept or mopped,
We have nearly 2,000 excellent reviews on different sites. Been in business nearly 40 years. This client booked us knowing that we charge hourly and that he can stop cleaners when he likes depending on his budget. He stopped our 2 experienced cleaners after 3 hours, They needed more time to deep clean (his request) the client's 3,000 sq.ft. neglected home with 3.5 bathrooms. He wanted inside appliances, etc. There was vomit the client left on wall, floor and toilet for several days from a "young lady" he said he was entertaining at his home. There is NO WAY two cleaners can deep clean a big, neglected house including interior appliances, with 3.5 bathrooms in 3 hours. The CLIENT stopped them so they didn't have time to complete the work. He repeatedly texted and called me, once after midnight! I finally told him that I'd refund $50 to make him stop. He refused. He said he wanted $150 or he would post bad reviews everywhere. I then blocked him. He's now posting bad reviews everywhere. And, he tipped the cleaners $40 total before they left, after he looked around, and told them they did a great job. Thankfully most of our clients understand the hourly model of our business and are a pleasure to work with and we mutually appreciate one another.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Ginger Scott-Slater is rude and unprofessional. I was not happy with my service, toilets left dirty, floors left dirty, and charged for additional time. Betty was kind but did not do a good job. When I let Ginger know she threatened to press charges for theft of services simply after sending pictures of dirty toilets. She lied about me contacting her repeatedly and blamed me for it not being done correctly. Reached out to Angi for refund under Happiness Guarantee. Please do not book. DO NOT RECOMMEND, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This client repeatedly ignored various attempts to collect payment after booking cleaner for two days in a row, knowing the fee is hourly. Eventually I had to threaten filing a Theft of Services police report against her. This resulted in her finally sending the fee and posting this bad review.
