Beth was our cleaner and did an excellent job. She was respectful, efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. It didnÂ’t bother me too much that she overlooked the bathtub as that may have been a misunderstanding between what my husband said and what she heard. No problem. She did a great job everywhere else which is why I gave her a $50 tip. What I did have a problem with, however, was the way that Ginger handled the whole situation. She was aggressive, rude, and raised her voice at me multiple times on the phone. My voice then too changed and she could tell I was unhappy. She begged me not to leave a review once she knew I was unhappy. She did not offer that $50 discount until I told her that I can leave a review if I want to leave a review. I told her yes to everything at the end of our conversation just to be done with her but I was in no way satisfied with how she handled that situation, the manner in which she spoke to me, and how she raised her voice multiple times. I had her on speaker phone the whole time and my husband agreed that she was rude to me. She has extremely poor customer service skills (clearly demonstrated by her defensive comments to multiple posts on this website), and blames the customer for issues rather than taking ownership. She is the reason why I rated this company and specifically the customer service portion so low and why I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Response from Company:

Hi, Ginger, owner/manager, our nearly 500, 4 and 5 star ratings speak for themselves, not to mention my 25 years of running my service, but . . . to be as gracious as possible, this client is making several completely untrue statements. I have no doubt her husband agreed with her. During the cleaning the client called me from work furious. Told me her dog was outside in her fenced backyard and the pool guys would not enter her yard. She was livid. Raised voice, aggressive, rude. I apologized, said I'd tell the cleaner to bring the dog inside immediately and suggested she must have let the dog out to relieve itself. This infuriated her more. She said she did not want her dog outside at all, she had not authorized that, who were we to make decisions about her dog, and her dog is always inside all day long, etc. Really berating me. I agreed, apologized again and called the cleaner. The cleaner told me that the client's husband TOLD her to put the dog outside! I told the cleaner to bring the dog inside and then called the client back to let her know the dog was indoors and that her hubby had instructed the cleaner to put the dog outside and she simply said, "Okay." Nothing more. At that time I just chalked it up to an anxious pet owner and literally forgot about it. Fast forward six days after the cleaning the client texted me saying she intended to add a tip for the cleaner of $50 to the fee and that she did an excellent job of deep cleaning, I thanked her, told her how to pay and asked the client, via text, to post a rating. About 30 minutes later she texted me that she had "just made the rounds of the house" (6 days after the cleaning) and the bathtub in the third bathroom where they were remodeling was not cleaned. I suggested, via text, maybe it was a misunderstanding between the cleaner and the client's hubby, that the cleaner may have assumed, because they were remodeling, that the tub was not to be done in this 3rd bathroom. She said that he was pretty sure that he told her to clean the tub in the bathroom that was being remodeled. We texted back and forth about this. Always polite and calm on both sides. Then she texted me saying that she'd "wait to pay the fee until this gets settled" and wanted me to let her know "what the plan was." I was confused because the cleaner worked for nearly 10 hours, did a top to bottom deep cleaning of her large home, she was very happy with her work and wanted to tip her $50. The cleaner overlooked one bathtub in the third bathroom, probably assuming that it was not to be cleaned since the room was in the midst of being remodeled. THEN I remembered her earlier angry call about the dog, and also realized that I'd asked her an hour earlier to post a rating! Yikes! I then texted her this, quoted exactly: "Please don't worry about the tip. Also PLEASE do not post a review." She did not respond to that but instead texted me that her husband now "highly doubts" that the cleaner could have assumed that the bath
