We are pleased with this 4 star review. The client was very happy with our service. The cleaner's daughter missed her bus so I had to call the client and ask if the cleaner could arrive 45 minutes later. The client agreed and was very accommodating, which we appreciated!

From the first contact to the payment for services provided, we were treated professionally, and respectfully. Our questions were answered in a timely manner, and the service provided was exceptional. Our housekeeper arrived on time, with ample supplies and went straight to work. She worked diligently, and was polite in her manner and conversation. At the conclusion of her very busy day, we were delighted to agree to a regularly scheduled service arrangement. Our experience with home advisor has been A++!

Was impressed with the response to the request for services especially on short notice. The service provider was very nice and respectful. The follow up re payment for services rendered can be tweaked and fine-tuned otherwise very pleased with the customer service.

During busy, back-to-school season it took me 5 days to collect the payment. Oops! We are happy to have her as a regular client now!
