Very prompt response to my request for information. Ginger was easy to talk to and understood my requirements. The lady who cleaned my mother-in-law's apartment was there at the agreed time and spent the full allotted time cleaning the small apartment as needed. We were very pleased with the work and the personnel. Would recommend and will be using the service on a once per month basis for now.

I was very impressed with Shae the cleaning lady. She was on time, nice and did an excellent job. I will for sure call on her again.

My house was spotless and I could tell in so many ways how much effort and consideration she put in her work. There were so many details she payed attention to. I appreciate it so much and this has been the best my house has looked and felt in a long time.

GINGER HANDLED THE ARRANGEMENTS AND PAYMENTS VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND FRIENDLY. NANCY IS A GEM! SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. I HAVE A 2 STORY HOME AND SHE STARTED AT THE TOP AND WORKED HER WAY DOWN. SHE STAYED 5.5 HRS AND DIDN'T STOP FOR A BREAK. I GAVE HER A TOUR OF THE HOUSE AND SHE TOOK OVER. IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!! I KNOW I COULDN'T HAVE DONE AS GOOD OF A JOB IN MY YOUNGER DAYS AS NANCY DID. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ABSOLUTE CLEANING AND NANCY! THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL JOB!!!!

The person who was coming to clean the house called a couple of days in advance to set up the meeting. That was very nice. They cleaned up the place (a rental) pretty good. We had some questions on the vacuming, as there was still quite a bit of stuff on the carpet, but overall we thought she did a good job. The owner is very nice and professional. And we will definitely use them again.

Timely. Great job, but didn't do some basics, for example cleaning the kitchen sink or the the shower doors. Otherwise, great service and would recommend.

The cleaner showed up early and began work after getting permission to start. I was not home but my son was there. The project took longer than anticipated (it was a one time cleaning) and she had to leave for an appointment before she was finished. She came back and worked into the evening to complete the agreed-upon scope. I was satisfied with the results.

I was very pleased, according to what I have seen at other companies, to hire a maid that did not stall for time and money and was swift yet thorough!! Important / loose papers were placed neatly together, and electronic or high value items were cared for appropriately. Cleaning supplies and liquids left counter tops sparkling and tubs clean and shiny. Bonnie, the maid, was mindful to clean the "hard to reach" areas and did not mind to role up her sleaves and get down to the deep cleaning. If you are looking for a thorough maid that does not stall for time and money and gets the job done, I would recommend this service.
