Write a ReviewAbsolute Cleaning did a wonderful job. We had an office space of around 5,000 sq. feet and files that needed to be cleaned up after the hurricane. They were able to respond right away and finished the project in a timely manner. They are also very resonable priced. They were very easy to contact and even more easy to deal with. I would recommend Absolute Cleaning to anyone.
As this client states, we cleaned an office space that was damaged after Hurrican Ike. We were able to complete the job in a few days so they were able to conduct business in the space again with very little down time.
Thus far, Absolute Cleaning has been a pleasure to deal with. Ginger explained their services and pricing in simple terms, unlike the others who asked dozens of questions in order to prepare a quote. We're now set-up on a recurring schedule and we've only had one service so far but we were pleased with the individual and the result.
This client purchased a gift certificate for his wife. She was happy with our service and set a standing, every three week appointment to have their home cleaned.
She seemed to work hard however when she left I had to sweep and mop my kitchen. I think she skipped this area. However, she had her work cut out for her. I have 7 in my family. Extremly friendly, although little experience in professional cleaning (3 weeks). On her phone several times, and had to leave for a family emergency. Her vacuum broke during the visit also.
???? There must have been huge miscommunication. The cleaner, who's been here a year, arrived at 3PM and waited for 1 hr. (the client was late). The cleaner left at 10PM, had only 2 brief calls & went outside only 1x for a 10 min. break during SIX hrs. The kitchen floor was cleaned by hand. She was tipped $15. ALL of the above was verified by the client. The client has set a 2nd appt. ????
The cleaning for the most part was okay. However, we scheduled a move out cleaning and the oven and microwave were overlooked. This was corrected by Ginger.
This client is absolutely correct! We cleaned two vacant properties for him right before Christmas and then discovered that, at one of the properties, we overlooked the inside of the oven/microwave. The client has received a $20.00 refund and will notify me if the property does not pass inspection so we can return. Otherwise the client was very pleased with the cleaning.
I loved the fact that I could pay by the hour and concentrate on the areas I wanted. I also really appreciated the fact that my house cleaner spoke english.
We cleaned for this client on Christmas Eve. As the client mentioned, all of our cleaners are fluent in English.
She was running a bit late due to personal issues. She did a very good job cleaning but did forget the ceiling fans and dusting some of the flat surfaces in the bedroom. I think if she had more time she would have covered it all.
This client now uses our services every other week. The cleaner was having difficulties with her elderly mother, but all is well. On this initial visit the client needed to cut the time short.
Ginger was very prompt in contacting me regarding my request. The cleaning professional that she provided did an excellent job. We look forward to having her help us with our cleaning needs on a regular basis.

Upon hearing what I needed, Ginger immediately assigned one of her people to the task and was very professional in giving me an estimate of what the fee would be. The lady she chose came on time and was so thorough and very pleasant to deal with!
This client now has a standing every other week cleaning appointment with us to clean her son's house. Her college-age son and friend's house was a challenge to clean but now will be simple to maintain.
