Horrible experience! Would not recommend. The owner is extremely unprofessional. The cleaners were great but the customer service absolutely ruined it for me. The owner was rude and miscommunicated several times. She also stated "no one wants to clean toilets and if these cleaners had their lives together they would not be cleaners" who says that about their employees?!? Horrible. Edit: Since she has responded to my review with lies I want to make it VERY clear that my review is based on several experiences, not a one time occurrence like she is claiming. Yes, the cleaners were great which is the ONLY reason I gave her company several tries but she has on several occasions made my experience unpleasant. From rescheduling me last minute, to trying to overcharge me twice, to having a cleaner no show (twice), to charging me for 4 services at a time (6 months late), to harassing me about getting her money less than 24 hours after she requested payment. You can tell she's incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Yes, the last cleaner got a flat tire which is understandable but she kept telling me that she could come in later that day and she never showed due to a miscommunication on her part between her and her cleaner. The whole "I didn't want to send her cleaner into that environment" thing is a lie, her cleaner had a second job and couldn't come in after her tire got fixed, this wasn't relayed to me till much later. She is not reliable, a horrible communicator and comes up with every excuse in the book instead of taking accountability for her own actions.

This is her 3rd review in 24 hours. Sorry to lose a long-time client. We have over 1,500 reviews averaging 4.5 stars on several different sites. Nearly 40 years in business! I have never made disparaging remarks about cleaners. I began cleaning offices and homes myself as a teen and continued to do so for many years. For over a year we had cleaned for this client several times and she had always expressed satisfaction indicated by her repeat service requests. I disagree with many of the statements in her review. On our last visit the cleaner had a flat tire which was documented by pics. We were unable to clean this day. She had guests arriving. We had cleaned the week prior for 7 hours. I offered a refund and tried to appeal to her better instincts so that we could have peace. I asked her to please remove the review or at least the segments which I recollect differently from her.

They did a move out clean for me. I was putting my home up for sale. They clean from top to bottom. Recommend but definitely pricey.

This client tipped each cleaner $50 ($100 total!). Thank you! 2,700 sq. ft. home, Move-out cleaning, inside appliances, inside windows, etc. Had lived there for nearly 20 years with pets and kids, etc. We agreed upon the fee beforehand. $40 per hour, per person and she could stop the cleaners when she liked. It took each of the two cleaners 6 hours.
