Great logistics, great communication, very convenient. Seems on the more expensive side, but within reasonable market rates - you get what you pay for. Would use this company again.
I really like the concept of this company and that there is flexibility in meeting residential cleaning needs. The added personal touch of the owner calling me directly prior to making an appointment really gives this company a great uniqueness. The cleaning was thorough.
Isabel did an amazing job cleaning the condo! She was on time and very friendly.
Very professional.
2 hours in to the service only the kitchen and living areas were cleaned. The 2 bathrooms nor the 3 bedrooms had even been started. I texted the owner to express my concerns with her and she became very combative, unwilling to listen to my concerns, and kept cutting me off! She kept arguing with me until I felt it best to end the call. I will never use this service again!
This client's fee was $71.93 total for a 3 hour cleaning of a small apartment. She had told me via text and phone call that the cleaning was wonderful and here she indicates that it was a 5 star quality cleaning. (For customer service and value she gives half a star.) When the cleaner left she had cleaned the kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, including floors. The client sent me a long text at the 2 hour mark saying that she was "unhappy with the service," that I should have sent two people instead of one, that she knows that I "send one in order to increase the hours the customer has to pay but it should be about good service to the customer," that "the cleaning lady is nice and professional but she expected more to be done in two hours" and then asked, "what am I paying for?" I called her with the intent to ease her concerns, it did not work, she hung up on me. Throughout our texts and our call I apologized repeatedly, I was puzzled by her anger. Here are two examples of when she says that I was "arguing" with her: She said that I told her it was a two hour minimum, I disagreed, I have had a 3 hour minimum for decades. Another example: She said that when she hired another service that sent two ladies, they were done with everything in 3 hours, I replied that one person takes longer than two people.
Overall good service, great customer service and value for a job well done.
This cleaning service was wonderful and very high quality.
Rip off
This young man hired us to do a minor cleaning of his grandmother's home before Christmas. Afterwards, less than $95 was owed. I spoke to him that same day after the cleaning, after the cleaner had left, and he said all was fine, that the cleaning job was great. I asked for payment and he said that he would call me later that same day to pay but first had to ask other relatives to help him pay the amount owed. He never contacted me. For the next 2 weeks he ignored all of my calls, texts, etc. to collect payment. Finally, I informed him that I'd file a Theft of Services police report against him if he did not pay, With that he paid $60 and posted this rating.
