Write a ReviewThe cleaning went Ok, the individual they sent is a very conscientious person and does a good job. My only comment is that the initial cleaning took a little longer than my wife and I was expecting (7hrs.) and a couple of rooms still did not get completed.
This client is now set for monthly service. His wife wanted 6 hours for a spring cleaning on the first visit on a 3,000 sq. ft. home. We went over one hour and she asked us to leave the laundry room and the half bath for next time. By the way, the client received a $25 refund.
I wiill use them again.
This client is scheduled with us every other week now; we've cleaned for her three times and while she is demanding, we have met the challenge. She wasn't 100% pleased the first visit but has been extremely satisfied with subsequent cleanings.

This client told me he would have given us 5 stars across the board if not for our vacuum cleaner breaking when we still had two rooms left to vacuum. Oops! Things happen but we try to correct them as soon as possible and satisfy every client.

We cleaned this client's vacant home and now clean her new home every other week.
The first maid, Veronica, came to the condo and left it very dirty. I had to request another maid who did a wonderful job to reclean. Veronica was rude and went outside often to smoke. When she left there was a cigarette butt in the garbage disposal. It took the other maid over three hours to clean the condo and I had to pay for both maids.
We have cleaned for her a total of 4 times. The other 3 times were excellent. After the first job I sent someone out the next morning to rectify the problems. The client was given a 2-3 hour discount from the first job and so the total hours charged for cleaning a recently remodeled, vacant condo were 5 hours which is standard.
The person who came to our house was wonderful! She called me to see what I wanted, let me know how long she had been going and how much longer did I want her. She was very communicative and a pleasure to have around!

This was a vacant house, I quoted $150.00-$180.00. We were able to accomplish everything and the fee was $140.00. Ten dollars under the low side of my estimate.

I hired AC because I was offered a flat hourly rate without exclusions or demanding a list of things I wanted done. The owner was also the first to respond and did not pressure me into a decision when I said I hadn't yet finished my research. The person who came to do the cleaning was prompt, professional, and reasonable about my requests. The employee brought all cleaning supplies including a professional grade vacuum cleaner and was accommodating when I asked to use some of my own preferred products. I will use their services again.
As the client states, we offer simple rates with no hidden fees. We'll perform any type of cleaning service the client desires. We helped with organizing as well. This client has scheduled a second cleaning and will continue to call us on an as needed basis.
