They did an excellent job.

We cleaned this client's 1BR/1 bath vacant apartment. It took 3 hours instead of the 4 hours I projected. We cleaned the baseboards, inside and outside of appliances, inside and outside of all of the cabinets and drawers, the bathroom, the kitchen, the floors, patio door, etc. Made ready for a new tenant.

This was a short noticed Mothers Day project, and Absolute Cleaning provided excellent services. The staff from Ginger to Bonnie was very friendly and gracious toward my needs on the project. They managed to make me look good and give my wife her greatest Mothers Day ever. My wife was pleased and thrilled with the job Bonnie did on the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and kitchen. Although I would have thought more could have been accomplished, but that is to be taken with a grain of salt, because I have never attempted the amount of cleaning Bonnie had done, nor would have I. Thank you Ginger, Bonnie, and ServiceMagic.

We were glad to help. This husband and father set an appt. on Mother's Day. He and his wife moved into their home a year ago and needed help with cleaning and organizing. They both work and have two young children. She is a teacher and will be using our services on a more regular basis when the school year begins.

Bonnie was timely, worked the hired four hours, and was eager to meet my priorities. As I did not know what to expect, the cleanliness of the three really dirty bathrooms assigned was beyond my expectations.

We now clean for this client every other week. The client wanted 4 hours for the intial cleaning and then 3 hours on subsequent visits.

Both times the cleaning ladies were late, and one time were cleaning at 8:00 at night. The job wasn't that good either. I wouldn't recommend them.

I disputed this rating with Service Magic. The man who used S.M. gave our info to his girlfriend. I never had contact w/him. She wanted the appt. set at 5PM, so we cleaned till 8:15PM (15 min. late, 3 hr. min.). She was happy w/1st appt., set a 2nd one and then cancelled that 2nd appt. w/no notice. Then, 6 weeks later this rating pops up written by him. I smile so I don't get frustrated. :)

The person sent to clean our home was prompt and very throrough. She cleaned areas I NEVER do, which just made the service even more worth it. She was courteous, friendly, and was sure to ask us what our priorities were prior to beginning the job. I was concerned that she may not like animals (we have a cat and dog) but she was more than comfortable around them. We have a lot of tile in the house and she mopped it all! Our home smelled so fresh when we came home. Based on this experience, we've decided to have her come monthly.

They went above and beyond in cleaning my mom's house. They treated it as if the house was their own. I would highly recomment.

This client needed her mother's large, vacant home cleaned. We obliged by cleaning the inside and outside of all of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and baths, vacuuming, cleaning the entire kitchen and bathrooms, inside appliances, mopping, baseboards, ceiling fans, a few windows, etc. Getting it ready to sell. It required an hour over my estimate.

I found Ginger very engaging over the phone. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and I was impressed with her input regarding her services. As to the person she sent out: She was quite late getting here. I had told Ginger and I told the cleaner that she would not have to clean any of my appliances, that I kept them very clean on a daily basis. I have a four bedroom home and told her she would only have to clean two. The things that I did need, however, were the shutters, blinds, ceiling fans and all surfaces dusted. She did the shutters, ceiling fans and nothing else. She did vacuum, but a poor job, if she did it, of mopp

This client was offered a 75% discount and I apologized profusely. I later found out that the cleaner sent was ill but wanted to try to work anyway to make money. She ended up doing a poor, incomplete job which I tried to rectify through a large refund or a second, free cleaning.
