Julie came, looked the house over and asked what I neededto have cleaned. After the walk through she went to work right away and she did not stop until all the items that I needed to be cleaned were spotless.

Absolute Cleaning, Inc. provided a good service to get the house cleaned. Cleaner was a little late but called to let me know. Cleaned the areas I requested, I provided direction to what I wanted done and priority. Would like to have seen a little bit more proactivity on scope and quality, but a good first cleaning, I will now proivde more detail and direction in the future to ensure all the work is done that I want. Will use going forward. Fair pricing and value.

Absolutely the best cleaning and customer service. The housekeepers clean as meticulously as I do and the customer service is amazing. I don't plan to ever use anyone else!

The cleaning ladies get right to their tasks and appreciate a list of things to do for that visit. They bring their own supplies, work hard and will do as instructed. I really like the open and friendly conversation from the owner. Kudos to absolute cleaning.

Ginger worked to understand our needs and to meet them even when they were beyond our original scope of work. She cared for this home as if iwere on her own (it's my in-laws and we are out of town). Completely trustworthy and did a wonderful job!!!

Kapeka worked a solid 8 hours with no lunch break. She did everything I asked, offered and suggested doing extra things. She was very pleasant, efficient and explained the materials and cleaners she was using.

Contact was made quickly after I expressed an interest in hiring a service. My first contact with Ginger was instructive and the cleaning date was quickly agreed upon. Victoria was timely, very pleasant and professional and did a very good job. I plan to continue with this service.

Response from Company:
The person scheduled to clean for this client became ill and notified me immediately. I sent another cleaner instead that arrived an hour later than the scheduled time and the client was discounted $20 for the inconvenience. The client was aware of the situation and was very pleased w/the cleaning service and has since scheduled us again.
