I hired Absolute for a one time move-out cleaning of a rental. I was not present to verify so I can only assume they did a great job because I received my full security deposit back from the property mgmt. company we were renting from.

The lady that came to clean did an awesome job. She was very efficient. Only down was that being this my first time using the services, the lady came in late. I think it may have been a misunderstanding. Though, I was very overwhelmed and having the help really work well for me.

Very quick turnaround for service on a holiday weekend, prompt answering of phone and text messages even after business hours. Had our place cleaned on a weekend day without any issues. House was cleaned sufficiently and satisfactorily.

When they give you a time they're going to show up, they are on the dot! They walk the house with you and tell you what was done and if anything needs touching up. And whatever needs cleaning, they're not afraid to tackle the mess.

Everything Ginger explained about the service in her initial call to me was exactly what we received. There was a last minute conflict with the original scheduled service which caused a bit of a problem, but we're all human and things beyond our control sometimes happen. The quality of the cleaning is almost perfect - there are only a couple of little things I would like to adjust - and that is the only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars. I am very particular about some things, and I don't think it is reasonable to expect anyone to come to your home and do everything exactly the way you want it done the first time. I am VERY EXCITED to have the same person coming to my home and doing the things I want done with a cheerful attitude and a great work ethic. I look forward to a long, professional relationship with my assigned cleaning lady.
