I was very impressed by Angela she did a very good cleaning job with my house and ask what else she can do would have her back.

Jessica arrived and went right to work. It was a pleasure working with her and Ginger. I am a stickler for certain things but they met my every expectation. My house positively shines! I will definitely make them part of my cleaning routine.

I will be contacting Home Advisor to discuss Ginger's behavior, incl. accusing me of getting "free cleaning services": 2 hrs. drive time she separately negotiated on 1st contract - and then on a botched 3-hr dusting-only contract she wanted me to pay 2 hrs for, writing, "Maybe Jessica?s not bright enough to follow directions." I wanted it finished - and to pay full price as before - b/c I have asthma. Instead, she asked if no charge would "make me happy" and is now calling it "free", & telling me to leave her alone - and much worse. After 1st job, Ginger asked me to change my original 4-star review on Home Advisor. She said it affected her avg. star rating - over 1,000s of reviews. She went on to complain about the personnel situation, then to shaming me until I agreed to change it. I re-wrote it and made it a 5 because it seemed to mean so much to her, and she had worked hard to salvage that first job. Ginger contacted me multiple times after that - asking me to go to Home Advisor, and try to get them to upgrade whatever she said she sees on their site, as a provider, Both jobs the problem was between Jessica & Ginger, but Ginger is now lashing out at me on a very personal level. I can no longer rate Absolute Cleaning highly, or even recommend them, so I am revising my review for the last time.

Response from Company:

No good deed goes unpunished. We've cleaned for this client twice. She has boxes stacked and random items throughout her home, she had cat feces and urine on the floors but we picked it up and cleaned the floors. She had months of moldy food and dishes covering her entire kitchen which we cleaned spotless, dishes included. The first time we cleaned for her was the day before Thanksgiving. I sent 3 different women (Jessica, Nelda and Lisa) out that day for a total of 9 labor hours cleaning time but charged her for only 6 hours AND I tipped my cleaners for dealing with the animal waste and odor. My profit on this job was under $4. It was a difficult job for the cleaners and for myself because at different times throughout that day the client alternated between being demanding and lacking awareness of the situation with being grateful and appreciative. I, and my cleaners, chose to be kind, patient and charitable to someone who seemed to need help. Below is her unaltered, initial review in its entirety. The name on the review below is different from the name above because she changed her name on here.: "Review by Jo B. in Spring, TX Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service) Comments: I would give Absolute Cleaning all 11's, but the ratings here only go up to 5's! We negotiated politely and quite fairly, and I am absolutely ecstatic to have found this service. Everyone went 'way "above and beyond" to get a VERY difficult job done - even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. This is the greatest cleaning service you will ever find." So, all was well. Approximately a month later she called for cleaning service again. Just for maintenance. She said she hoped Jessica could return. I asked if the cat was gone (she had told me it was someone else's cat) and she assured me that it was. I sent Jessica for 3 hours while the client was at work. Prior to this cleaning AND during this cleaning, Jessica and I took several lengthy phone calls and texts from this client with somewhat confusing instructions and priorities. Jessica and I spoke to one another that day trying to decipher what she desired and the feasibility of doing it. She wanted the living area cleaned spotless top to bottom BUT there were boxes stacked everywhere and random items throughout. She cleaned it despite these obstacles. After this 2nd cleaning on Dec. 15th, the NEXT evening, Dec. 16th, at 10:04PM, nearly 48 hours AFTER the cleaning, this client sent Jessica the following unaltered text in its entirety: "If I'm not intruding . . . THANKS! Ms. Jessica, just wanted to send you a big THANK YOU for doing my (icon of a pile of excrement) -ty living room at (address removed by Ginger). (icon of a thumbs up). I'm sure I'll find the bright blue cover to the vacuum but if you have a hint for me that will be great! (icon of a winking face). P.S. I wasn't questioning the 3 hour minimum yesterday. (icon of a smiley face). However, I may ask 'How Much

Absolute cleaning is a very demonstrated they are dependable and you can count on them. The owner was in contact with me by phone right from the moment I requested a quote till the job was finished. I am impressed by the level of her professionalism. I'll definitely hire them again. I only wish she had more than one person because I had said I wanted a spring cleaning and one person was not enough to do all that was needed

Response from Company:

While I am grateful for the praise from this wonderful client, I have to disagree in one respect. The client limited us to 4 hours so we were not able to do a thorough, deep first time cleaning in all areas of the home NOT because I sent one woman to clean. Full, deep cleanings on a first time visit to cover the entire house usually exceed 4 hours but are easily handled by one cleaner.
