The first time they were out was good. Unfortunately, it was near impossible to get the 2nd cleaning. The 1st time I rescheduled, my cleaning was canceled because of car trouble. No problem. Rescheduled again and my appointment was canceled because their help was stranded out of town. Communication with Ginger was painfully slow to the point that I decided to just look elsewhere. Bottom line, my personal experience with Abso Clean was unreliable.

This client canceled on us at the last minute, more than once. Also, she wants a late start time of 3 PM. This puts huge constraints on finding cleaners. No one wants to clean a house till 6-8 PM in the evening. I was ALWAYS in prompt contact with updates saying that I was working on it, and would let her know when I found someone who was available for her at the late start times and specific days she needed. Regarding the cleaner stranded out of town, that was not a booked appointment at all. The client asked about the woman who had cleaned her home prior and I said that she is out of state. I think it is unfair to try to book an evening appointment for a daytime service and when they cannot do this a bad review is posted calling the service unreliable.
