One of my 3 openers came loose from a garage door. I thought it was a "residential" fix but because the door was over 10 feet, it was "commercial". After checking with the office, the techs explained my options and were able to get my broken opener replaced and solidly planted on the door. I then had them look at my "residential" opener since it was old. They didn't try to sell me and said the 14 year old opener "could" continue working for even a couple more years but I decided to have them replace it since they were there. It is SOOOO quiet now!! They made sure our cars were appropriately programmed before leaving and that we knew about an additional home security feature on the button remote installed by our door. No upcharge for doing this on a Saturday either.

The technician was great! He arrived with all supplies and was able to install my garage door opener immediately. Excellent customer server. He even helped me replace the filters in my furnace.
