The technician new what to do and took care of it professionally. Overall I was very satisfied with the work. It has been a couple of months since the repair and everything is working as it should. I could recommend Precision Door to a friend. The work done was worth the price payed.

I was provided a discount for working through "Service Magic" which was very nice, however I was charged a service fee for gas. It seamed as though I was just paying the regular rate. It really didn't matter, I just thought it was funny. The service was great, and they were very professional.

My overall impression is that Precision Door provided a solid, quality service in a timely fashion, but the quality is expensive. They attempted to cross-sell some additional garage door work besides just replacing the broken springs, which I passed on. I feel as though I got a good repair, but not a good value.

They were on the ball and ready to take action to fix problem. I did not have to wait, they dispatched someone. The time was 11:00 she said someone could be there by noon I said great. She called back to say he was running behind and asked if 1:30 would be ok or a later time. I said 1:30 would be great.
