they were friendly, but could not find an issue. charged me for a general tune up which did not resolve my issue. didn't seem like he gave much effort towards troubleshooting. just jumped right the conclusion that i needed to replace it. did receive a nice follow up call though.

He was knowledgeable, polite and an excellent communicator. We discusses cost-based repair options throughout his work and he was very accomodating in helping us choose a workable and affordable solution to our broken garage door.

The workmanship complete was well above par. The door is functioning properly and working very well. However, I do feel the cost of the work completed did not match the work done. yes it is dangerous work to complete as there are loaded springs involved. But with the right tools and the right knowledge $300 for 1 hour of work along with $35 in parts comes out to about $265 an hour.....seems a little high don't you? Electricians and mechanics don't make that much....

The service was excellent - appraiser was friendly, on time, helpful, and efficient! I felt he gave us a fair appraisal of the job to be done. The repairman was on time, knew what he was doing and the job was completed in a very timely manner!
