They were able to schedule me for the next day with a few hours notice. The tech was running 30 minutes late due to traffic and called me to let me know that. Once he arrived he examined the door and quickly determined the cause of the issue and proposed multiple solutions. He took time to explain to me both the problem and the benefits of choosing the various proposed solutions. He was able to fix my garage door within an hour and also fixed another minor issue that was unrelated to the original issue without any additional fees. Overall I was satisfied with their service. Although their rates may seem a little high, their service is great!

I got a call within 2 minutes of posting and was told it would cost $70 for the visit and about $80 for the torsion spring. The repairman was running late,1hr, but was courteous and nice. However I was quoted $120/torsion spring and was told that 2 springs would work better. In addition he found an end plate had worn out (+100$). He gave me a lifetime warranty if I changed rollers etc else it was only 1 yr; so I ended up paying $530 way higher than the initial quote & got the longer warranty. For the pricing discrepancy I rate them only 3 stars. My car was stuck inside the garage so I had little choice else I would have shopped more.

Had garage door opener installed and decideed to wait on the garage door installation. Installer was prompt, friendly efficient and did an excellent job. Would recommend to others and would hire them again in the future for garage items. Thanks.

The people at Precision Door Service were very professional and did a fantastic job installing the three garage doors we ordered. The were on time to the appointment and definitely knew what they were doing. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely use them again. Also, the bid price was lower than other companies submitted for comparable doors. The doors we chose are very high quality and insulated. First Rate.
