Repair was needed over the holiday weekend...scheduled for 9AM...repairman even called the house to say he was running 10 minutes behind schedule!...arrived by 9:15...the repairman (Brian) appeared clean, in uniform, friendly and ready to go to work..explained the cause of the breakdown and what it would take to fix...then completed all within 1 1/2 hours...neat work and garage acts and sounds as good as new..may not be the 'cheapest' company in town, but responding quickly and on time, along with doing a proper repair and no mess left behind is worth it to me!..would reccomend this company anytime!

The problem was identified quickly and explained in detail to me. The best solution was to replace the opener which was completed in about an hour or so. Brad did a great job and was very courteous at all times. Everything was left clean and the door operating very efficiently and a lot more quiet than it has ever been.

Called right away. Kept in touch when he would be a little late for the appointment. When he was here he expertly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then cleaned and re-lubed all the moving parts. Opener works now and is quieter than before.
