The guy they sent out (I don t remember his name) did an amazing job taking down the old opener and installing the new one. If I remember right he was done within two hours. He also came with three different opener options and did not pressure me to go with the most expensive option.

Great service from initial consultation to the installation. Got multiple options and quotes for replacing my old wooden garage door. Paul was great in explaining the differences. He was very personable and patient with my multiple calls and questions. His knowledge of doors help me get the right door for my home. Once I got my door selected, the payment process was easy and painless. I got a emailed invoice which outlined everything. Got a phone call and email on ETA. I knew my hard earned money was being spent wisely. The installation went very well and ahead of schedule. He showed up early and was able to complete the door install within 4 hours. When it was done, the garage door was hooked up and operational. The area was cleaned and no garbage was left behind. I even got a copy of the invoice and the warranty in a folder just for me. Overall experience was FANTASTIC! No pressure to buy, with multiple repeat follow up phone calls. Personable, understanding, and patient. Great job everyone!

The tech showed up early and started the job right away and when he was done he swept the whole garage floor he then went over everything he did and showed me how to operate everything.

They were nice, they just went the cheapest route doing little as possible instead of fixing it the completely. Charged for new rails and only replaced one side, bottom needed a some work to make it look straight again but said it would cause more issues . They were good as far as customer service just seemed to do little and quick as possible. The door works fine for now just hope nothing pops up later

The estimator and the installer were right on time and the work was top notch. It wasn't the least expensive, but it was well worth the money.
