The work that this company did was high quality, however I was very disappointed that I was expecting a repair bill and ended up needing a new garage door. I also felt like I was taken advantage of because the tech told me that garage door openers start at $500, but a visit to Home Depot the next day I discovered some for under $200.

They were very nice and knew immediately what the problem was. They checked on both of my doors to see if they were in good shape and gave me options on how to fix them in the future. They also were fairly reasonable

He quickly determined the problem was with the door and not the opener, told me what he needed to replace, got my approval, and had it all done within 20 minutes. Then we chatted and he explained the next probable repair will be the springs... In maybe 5 years. Very knowledgeable.

Many problems, and excuses. Office is trained to say that if there is a problem to answer "that their must be a problem with your opener." The job was simple, I had a broken garage door spring. After two visits, the garage door still was not working properly. I finally completed the work myself.

Nick, the service technician, was on time, courteous, knowlegedgeable and had the necessary part in response to my request for repairs on my garage door opener - which had a broken spindle (the part which connects the motor to the chain). I have no reservation in recommending him or Precision Door Service to anyone who is looking for the same lever of service.
