They called almost immedietly after I used servicemagic and sent me an email the next day. I set an appoinment for the following friday but they didn't show up. When I called they apologized and sent somebody over within the hour. Unfortunetly my garage door opener was beyond repair and was charged a service fee. They were very nice.

We had one broken pulley and some wore-out cables. I was happy that Precision "charge 69.95 for the service call, with no additional hourly charge and from there it is plus any parts that may be needed." The technitian came and told me that my garage doors shouldn't have used 3" pulley and that type of rollers. The doors were under great dangerous. He quoted me replacement parts for $790. Then gave me a huge discount, I paid $600 for 36 rollers/$300, 6 4" pulley $240 and two cables $60 parts charge with about 1 1/2 hour on the real work. The pulley price from the internet is$2-$6. I trusted this company badly, that's the cost.

We have met with Shirley to go over her concerns as we want her to feel good about her decision to use Precision. Our parts are quality parts, and our technician explained what the problem was and the cost of the work, and she authorized the work, and then signed at the end that she was satisfied with the job. We want our customers to be pleased. After going over her concerns, and educating her about her door, she told us that she was satisfied with the work we have done. She has since called us out again to service another issue with her door.

I couldn't be more pleased. They called within about 1 minute of my request and arrived at our house 20 minutes later. The garage door was fixed in less than an hour.

They were excellent. Very professional. Very reputable, I got three different quotes, three different contractors telling me three different things. Paul at Precision was the most accurate as to what needed to be fixed and how it needed to be done. They did a great job! Very thorough and on top of it. THANKS!

I scheduled service for a Sat. morning. They were running .5 hour early, which was great. The serviceman accessed the problem and had completed the work by the original time he was supposed to come by! To be honest I had looked on Craigslist for help, but the replies I got were over what Precision Doors charged me! They were very fair and delivered the services they promised. I would absolutely use their services again if needed.
