I went with a spring repair job and am happy with the work. My only issue is it cost around $210 dollars and after the work was done, I received two other bids at $150 and $125. Not too happy with the overpriced service and huge discrepancy. The service tech that repaired my door and the salesman that helped me look at new doors were excellent, top notch quality. Friendly and knowledgeable. They do good work but you will have to be your own advocate to get the price down to other comparable contractors.

My ultimate experience with this company was good. There were some mistakes during the job but they were corrected and the job completed. Communication was lacking on their part as the process went forward. A simple telephone call could have changed my entire experience.
