they left several "fixes" out of the est. until they got to our house to do the work. forgot to tell us about the lifetime guarentee. but did give us credit once we brought this to thier attention.

Came to the appointment on time as promised. He assessed the problem which seemed to occur inconsistently. I was afraid I will need to replace the unit. After several tests made, he observed the cause of the door not closing and made the appropriate adjustments. No parts needed to be replaced which saved me a bundle. I was charged only for the service call which was also reasonable. Thanks and great job.

Paul was great in that he showed me what was available , the quality, the pricing, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Tim the installer, was on time, courteous and good at what he does. I love my new door and opener and would recommend them to anyone.

Was very thorough and explained everything. My one criticism is that he was a bit too persistent in trying to persuade me to purchase their "special offer" to replace multiple parts for a higher cost.
