Wonderful service! They came out the same week I called, to install a new garage door opener. Lisa called from the office when the serviceman was going to be a few minutes late. Then, Brad called himself. Installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. Brad demoed how to use the new opener and explained all the details. He's a very friendly, professional guy. I did need new springs and cables, which put my quote quite a bit higher. But, this was a safety issue and the door is 15 years old. Brad cleaned up all the debris and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Great company! Lynn

Precision Door Service was very knowledgable about the type of doors we wanted, completely informed us about our options. During the first appt. they carefully went through the process of installing the door and how long it would take. They informed us of when the door would be available and immediately scheduled the installation. They installed the door and reviewed the installation with us and followed up after completetion. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They gave us their assurance that if anything went wrong they would be there to fix it for the life of the door.

II received a call from Lisa to schedule an appointment. I asked if it could be done the same day for I wanted to surprise my wife with the garage door working, Lisa worked the magic and I was able to have the work completed before my wife came home from work. Brad was the service tech that not only called me to confirm the appointment but had the old opener out and new one in, working correctly, safely, and added new safety devices to bring me up to code, plus cleaned up the working area. You have great company and your employees show it. Total time from when I started looking for someone to completion 4hrs. Thank you. Bob Wayman

I felt very comfortable with the technician and felt he gave us a very honest opinion of what needed to be taken care of that day and what we will need to take care of in the future. Had he told me everything needed to be taken care of that day I would have question the company. He also not only fixed the problem he adjusted what he saw to be the source of the problem.
