Great service!! Came the same day. Besides fixing the original problem, also replaced a bearing to reduce the squeaky noise, but since it did not reduce the noise completely, did not charge for that part.

The repair person came out and inspected garage door opener that wasn't working. Then he told me that he was very glad to tell me this was an easy fix. He went right to work on the repair and now everything works as it should. He also inspected and lubed my other garage door for me as well. All he charged me for was a small service call fee. I wish that I had called to have this checked out when it started to act up almost a year ago as then I would.t have been having to open & close it manually. Very pleased with the repair and service that I received,

I misunderstood that final charge was sum of base charge + estimate for replacing rollers. Expected final sum 180, was 244.

Service was faster than I could have hoped for. The tech who did the work, was polite, knowledgeable, and explained what was needed and the cost before work was started. Parts cost was higher than I expected.
