Gerry Cross was the most efficient technician, of any sort, that I have seen in the construction trades. Not a movement was wasted, ...AND he was a very nice guy. I will recommend Precision Door BECAUSE of Gerry. If he is an example of all their techs, then this must be a great company. (The price & styles of doors were excellent as well). Thanks! Mike M.

They were very prompt in calling once I submitted the request. They seemed a bit expensive however I didn't get multiple bids...I was in such a hurry I just went with the first one who called me. Not my usual MO to not get multiple quotes, but they were able to fix the door within 24 hours of my initial request. They did a great job, very prompt, and their repair time was quick (I just replaced the GD springs). Yes i would recommend based on customer service and quality, however I'm not sure how price-competitive they are compared to others.

Paul (sales rep) showed how dangerous the original springs and cables on our 1970's garage doors were (which we knew). He said they should be replaced, even if we kept the old doors. I toured the showroom to see doors and openers and discussed materials, insulation, and hardware. Installation had a couple of unforeseen problems, as with many things in life. But Paul and Jerry were unfazed. Very cheerfully and quickly they resolved them on the spot. The old doors, rails, and hardware were removed, neatly stacked on the truck, and hauled away (cost included). Our home had two new doors and lots of curb appeal in four hours!

The wall mounted control had a lock out switch on it, and it was turned off. No wonder nothing worked. I had them replace the spring, also, because it was weak.
