Updating my review from 1/6/20 because the MN branch got back to me and want to make things right. They will be out tomorrow to finish the job. Giving them 4 stars across the board because the product is excellent but the customer service was only okay and I had to cleanup my yard because the installation crew left metal stabilizers all over the place.

The technician came early and completed the job on the house and garage by late afternoon. The job is very neat and he left the exterior around my home clean and free of litter. My dream of never cleaning gutters again is realized. Thank you.

The representative was thorough and answered all my questions. The concept of screwing fine hole stainless steel 12 inch squares to cover the roof drain pipes appears sound. It remains to be seen if it meets the company s claims and holds true in the future.

In addition to the info I added earlier, they also said they could not do it because we have a slate roof. That would have been nice to know before we all wasted our time. As for the quality of work, we do mot have an opinion since we never had work done. That is why the 1-star review. It was not applicable in our case.
