Unprofessional, instead of discussing cleaning the gutter, the salesperson wanted to charge me 7,000 dollars for new gutters.

The representative that came out to give the quote was detailed with the scope of work to be performed and the person that came out to perform the job did good work. There was a mix up with the scheduling that got confusing.

They quoted me an outrageous amount (initially) just to clean gutters for a single-level ranch. When they asked me what I was thinking and I gave them my high-end thought then they magically found ways to get it under that, cool. However, I was very surprised and disappointed that they did not clean up any of the debris which is now caked on my patio, and I have been trying to remove it and more so that my dog does not get to it. I guess they are literal in the sense of saying we will only clean what is in your gutters but what we clean and remove that ends up elsewhere is your problem. Down the road project is to get the gutters replaced but I am now unsure of using this company again since if they do not clean up now then I do not want to imagine all the stuff I will have to clean up from them with new gutters.

Salesperson was very personable and professional. Made sure maximum eligible discounts applied. First installer unable to complete project due to problem with existing gutter. Left materials at front and back of house. Left blower, coat & another tool on roof. I texted to let them know items left on roof.. installer came back next day to get them.. originally saidi would be back in 3 days to finish. On 4th day company called to say installer would be back to finish. A different very pleasant installer came to finish and removed materials left by first installer.

Quote guy was super nice I don?t like their decision making processed and felt very pressured not by him but by their process and terms. The work was done but worker did not speak English and walk me through anything after, even though you have to sign a cert that they did.
